FEEL IT FRAMEWORK

FEEL IT FRAMEWORK

Communicating with Clarity When the Pressure Is High

About this keynote presentation

Overview

The moments that define relationships, teams, and organizations are rarely the easy conversations. They are the moments when emotions are high, stakes feel significant, and communication matters most.

This keynote introduces the Feel It framework, a practical approach for communicating with clarity, curiosity, and connection during difficult conversations, conflict, and change.

Participants explore how emotions influence communication, decision-making, and relationships while learning strategies to remain grounded, communicate effectively, and move conversations forward without escalating tension.

Drawing from instructional design, restorative practices, mediation, leadership, and real-world experience, audiences leave with practical tools they can use immediately in professional and personal settings.
